JetBlue is back with its week-long birthday sale, starting with $49 one-way fares
Happy 24th birthday to JetBlue Airways!
To celebrate, the New York City-based airline is back with its annual birthday sale, with five days of travel deals, starting with one-way $49 flights.
Though more expensive, this sale includes transatlantic flights as well, including to London, Paris and Amsterdam.

Sale fares will be for Blue Basic fare types, which allow travelers one personal item that can fit under the seat in front of them. Any full-size carry-on bag brought to the gate will incur a fee and must be checked ($65 one-way for a first or second checked bag or $180 for a third bag).
However, those with JetBlue elite status on a Blue Basic fare do still get a free carry-on, and those with a JetBlue credit card get a free checked item on that fare.
